Henna Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website and software platform Six Figures (available at www.sixfigures.app and associated subdomains) (collectively, the "Service").
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers all of our current offerings, including:
- Accelerator App (free): we help you generate drafts of accelerator applications based on the information you share about your startup.
- Investor Campaign (paid, $2,200 flat fee unless otherwise agreed): we run a targeted email outreach campaign to investors on your behalf, using best efforts to comply with applicable anti-spam and marketing laws.
- Partner Program: colleges, incubators, accelerators, and other communities can refer founders to Six Figures through co-branded pages and referral codes, and may receive a discount or revenue share.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
- Account details: your name, email address, and (optionally) a password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information from Google.
- Startup information: the information you choose to share about your company so we can draft accelerator applications or set up an investor campaign. We ask that you share only non-proprietary information. You are responsible for what you upload.
- Investor campaign inputs: for paid campaigns, the sender name and reply-to address you want us to use, the target investor list (either provided by you or curated with you), and any email copy, links, or attachments you approve for sending.
- Partner intake information: if you are a partner organization, the contact name, email, organization name, and preferences (e.g., discount vs. revenue share) you submit through a partner page or agreement. For revenue share partners, we collect contact information, tax identification numbers (W-9 details / SSN / EIN), and direct deposit payout instructions (ACH/bank routing details) necessary to calculate payouts, issue annual IRS Form 1099s, and execute direct deposits.
- Payment information: payments are processed by third-party PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send us by email or through the Service (e.g., support requests, scheduling calls).
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage.
- Campaign performance data: for investor campaigns, delivery and bounce metadata from our sending infrastructure so we can monitor deliverability and honor unsubscribes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the Accelerator App: generate and refine application drafts using large language models based on the information you share.
- To run Investor Campaigns: configure sending domains, build or refine target lists, send outreach on your behalf, and handle replies, bounces, and unsubscribes.
- To operate the Partner Program: create partner pages, track referrals, apply discount codes, and (where applicable) calculate revenue share.
- To communicate with you: account and transactional messages, product updates, and occasional announcements you can opt out of.
- To improve the Service: debug issues, measure performance, and improve our internal templates and workflows. We do not sell your data and we do not use your private startup information to train third-party foundation models.
- To comply with the law: including anti-spam, marketing, tax, and record-keeping requirements.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or startup data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With your direction: when you approve an accelerator application, an investor campaign send, or a partnership agreement, the associated content and contact information is transmitted to the intended recipients.
- Service providers: vendors that help us operate the Service, including cloud hosting and database infrastructure, email sending and warm-up infrastructure, analytics, error monitoring, scheduling, payment processing, and large language model providers used to draft content. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
- Partner organizations: if you reach us through a partner page (e.g., a college, incubator, or accelerator), we may share limited information with that partner to attribute the referral, apply the appropriate discount code, and – where a revenue share applies – calculate amounts owed. We do not share your proprietary startup materials with partners.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Henna Inc., our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections and this Privacy Policy.
4. Data Security & Sending Practices
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security in our database. Passwords used to unlock partner or user pages are stored server-side and checked without being exposed to other users of the platform.
For investor campaigns, we make reasonable, best-efforts attempts to adhere to applicable anti-spam and marketing laws (including the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, and GDPR where relevant): we include unsubscribe mechanisms, honor opt-out requests, use accurate sender information, and configure sending infrastructure (including secondary or "burner" domains and warm-up) to protect your primary business domains. No internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security or delivery.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we may retain limited information (e.g., transaction records, campaign logs, unsubscribe lists) as required by law or to protect our legitimate interests, including preventing repeat outreach to recipients who have unsubscribed.
6. Your Rights & Choices
- Access and correction: you can review and update the information in your account, and can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data, subject to legal and record-keeping exceptions noted above.
- Marketing opt-out: you can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in any such email or by contacting us.
- Recipient opt-out: if you received an investor campaign email sent through Six Figures and want to unsubscribe or have your address suppressed from future campaigns, contact support@askhenna.com.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for adult business founders and operators and is not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International Users
Six Figures is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted in-product or by email where appropriate.
